UnderPar is a golf betting analytics platform that provides data-driven insights, statistical models, and betting recommendations for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or gambling advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to engage in sports wagering where you reside. By using UnderPar, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis as specified at purchase. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store or have access to your payment card details. All sales are final except as required by applicable law. UnderPar reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
UnderPar provides analytical tools based on statistical models. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any information provided. Sports wagering involves significant risk and past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you may lose money and that UnderPar bears no responsibility for any losses incurred.
You agree to use UnderPar responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that sports wagering is legal where you reside. UnderPar does not facilitate or process wagers and is not a licensed sportsbook or gambling operator.
All content, models, data, software, branding, and materials provided by UnderPar are the exclusive property of UnderPar and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any UnderPar content without express written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. UnderPar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnderPar and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, wagering losses, or data loss arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration — not through court proceedings or class actions. Arbitration shall be conducted in the Commonwealth of Virginia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You expressly waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Virginia to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
UnderPar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
